I usually run for 40 minutes non-stop. But for the first couple of weeks I ran for 10 and then walked and then ran for another 10, that really helped. It also helps that I have a very active lifestyle anyway (horses) so I found it quite easy to increase distance/time. But I would definitely suggest starting out very slowly, there is no rush and anybody who isn’t used to running honestly finds it so so tiring. You are not alone. When I am running I keep my attention focused on my breathing so that it is regular etc etc. Also, I know it is a material thing, but I purchased a pair of proper running shoes (Asics) and got them measured to my feet (to see whether you pro-nate or the other way round) and that also makes a difference. Good luck
Running can be good for your mind as well as your body. There are many benefits of exercise for mental health. Runners sometimes talk about the ‘runner’s high’ – feelings of elation, energy and a sense of harmony during or after a run. Whether you want to go in search of the ‘runner’s high’ or not, there is evidence that exercise can improve sleep and may also boost your mood and self-esteem, as well as relieve stress.
I will be - I am going to go about my themes in a different way. Basically just having ‘sets’. So one set might be one column and the other multi column with varied post sizes, if that makes any sense. Here is an example of the theme page anyway. So this theme is based around the vitals theme, so will it will be in that set. Once I have done that I won’t be making any more themes.

“The hardest part about being gay is acceptance, this is because you yourself must first accept that you are gay, bi, lesbian or whatever you are, otherwise you will only lead to fighting yourself inside and make yourself ill and others around you. It is you who has to be the one to stand up and accept your self inside, this is not about other people and their opinions as they don’t matter, it is you and only you who can do this step and when you do accept this you will be able to draw confidence and strength from your decision.
Remember this is your life and your way and how you are going to be for the rest of your days it is a big step and it is hard one to undertake but once you do it you will be so much better and so at ease with yourself that other peoples opinions will not bother you.”
